Noor Shaikha

Noor is a dedicated HR Officer, born and raised in Qatar, with a strong understanding of the country’s culture and work environment. She is deeply committed to employee well-being, values open communication, and is passionate about fostering a supportive and productive workplace for all. Prior to her role in Human Resources, Noor was the Head of Department in sales of medical equipment, working for renowned companies such as the Ali Bin Ali Group. Her experience in sales has equipped her with strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, which she now brings into her HR career following a successful transition from sales to human resources.
